MEET AARON CRYDERMAN

Aaron has been with RE/MAX for 15 years and currently runs the Millcreek location which was ranked number 1 Worldwide in Q1 2021. Aaron coaches million dollar producing agents and brings a wealth of knowledge to the brokerage. Along with his residential portfolio, Aaron is registered with RE/MAX Commercial and has won the RE/MAX Chairman’s Award.
What Aaron loves most about real estate is that every day is different. And, what he loves most about RE/MAX Realty Specialists is the sense of family, the way Greg and the leadership team actually care for their agents and employees. Aaron is a hands-on manager who helps out with anything or anyone that needs it. His approach has allowed Specialists and Enterprises to put on quality and informative learning sessions, all while selling Real Estate at a high level. He is open, honest and blunt and is a strong member of the leadership team. Aaron’s career highlight is joining the Specialists family, as he has worked for other RE/MAX franchises and can confirm they are not all created equal! Aaron is experienced in TRREB arbitration, RECO complaints and litigation, with favourable results and will guide our agents through the process. He shares his expertise in commercial real estate in the exclusive Super Succeed program.

Before getting into real estate Aaron was a Registered Massage Therapist. He grew up in Scarborough and is a big fan of heavy metal music, Stephen King books, playing soccer and golf, and enjoying his cottage-like backyard. He is motivated to work hard for his kids and the promise of more time off with his family.

Aaron’s best piece of advice for agents is to treat it like a real job. There is no shortcut or fancy new gimmick to get rich. Unfortunately people outside the industry don’t realize that it actually takes hard work to be successful, not just a few hours a week to get rich.
