Meet Alper Ahmet

Alper has won numerous awards during his 15 year career in real estate: from RE/MAX’s 100% award to Agent of the Year to Top Online Lead Seller plus multiple wins in the President’s Club award level. Being able to help new agents make it in this business with guidance on how to navigate an online lead from start to finish is extremely rewarding. Alper closed his first online lead back in 2009 and purchased and rented out his first investment property in 2011 at the Thompson Hotel. 

What Alper loves most about real estate is that he gets to help people in one of the biggest moments of their lives. A career in real estate is not only fulfilling but it motivates Alper to keep growing and learning as there is no ceiling to success in real estate.

As a member of the leadership team, Alper uses ALL the tools that have helped him build a successful business to help agents,  including training from Mike Ferry, Buffini, Joe Stumph, Proctor and other online lead companies. And, what he loves most about RE/MAX Realty Specialists is the people. There is always support available and being surrounded by such an amazing team is extremely motivating and rewarding. Did you know Specialists has amazing company events? Alper’s favourite event is the Christmas party because it’s a great night to celebrate all the hard work of the previous year with everyone in the company. It’s always a great time!

Alper is fun, inspirational and a helpful manager who really cares about his peers. He is very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way. Alper is technologically advanced and brings fresh ideas to the table. Being part of the leadership team means he gets to recruit new real estate agents and help them close their first deals which is incredibly rewarding. They see what’s possible and the sky’s the limit from there. Alper is also experienced in TRREB arbitration, RECO complaints and litigation, with favourable results and will guide our agents through the process

Alper grew up in Mississauga, lived in Toronto for 10 years and is a big fan of watching movies and sports, especially Liverpool FC.

Alper’s best piece of advice for agents is to talk to 10 new people every single day. Unfortunately, people outside the industry don’t realize that there are so many behind the scenes phone calls, processes, closing procedures that go into a smooth sale. An agent who makes it all look easy is a great one who should not be taken for granted.
