If you had to describe Charlotte Forget Langlade in just one word, it would be “passionate”. When she sinks her teeth into a challenge or a new venture in life, she dives in with everything she has to get the most out of the experience. And as the BROKER/Manager of the Millcreek Location, Charlotte applies an incredible amount of passion to help her associates thrive.

Never the type of Leader to do things halfway, Charlotte sees every day as an opportunity to take her team’s performance to the next level. She started in Real Estate Sales in 1989 and was a successful, award-winning agent for many years before transitioning into her management role in 2001. Throughout her 24 plus years as a Manager, there’s nothing Charlotte has valued more than assisting other associates to grow their businesses and focusing on their success. “Everyone defines their own success differently”, Charlotte says. “Whether it’s seeking increased production, higher income, life balance or all of the above, there’s nothing more rewarding for me as a Manager than helping people achieve their dreams and goals.”

Helping others live a “Life by Design” is at the core of Charlotte’s real estate career. The 35 years she has spent in real estate honing her strategic thinking, negotiation skills and marketing knowledge are the foundation of which she has built her impeccable reputation in this industry. But what really inspires Charlotte is her ability to impact her agents’ and clients’ lives and this is evident in her ongoing commitment to her agents and her clients.

Charlotte served as a Director on the Oakville Milton Real Estate Board for a total of 10 years and was President of the Association in 2016. She also has served on several committees and Task forces on both OMDREB and the Moncton, New Brunswick Real Estate board, including education, finance, MLS and the Political Action Committees.

Charlotte enjoys traveling and owns and operates her own Short Term Cottage Rental business in Sauble Beach, Ontario, but nothing is more important to her than spending quality time with her musician hubby, Al and her adult son Andrew as well as her little dachshund, Babe.
