Meet Paul J Fletcher

Paul has been in the real estate business for 45 years and is currently the Broker of Record for RE/MAX Realty Specialists. During his successful career, Paul has won some major accolades:

Paul keeps a heavy involvement in volunteer community organizations in Mississauga with particular focus on service clubs as past president of both Rotary and Kinsmen Clubs, as well as serving as Chair of Meadowvale Theatre Advisory Board and on the Board at The Living Arts Centre in Mississauga. As a Broker of Record, Paul ensures the brokerage complies with all regulatory requirements and has a strict adherence to the Code of Ethics.

What Paul loves most about real estate is helping families build wealth and communities through real estate and helping agents build careers. Paul particularly loves that annual Carribean trip, where the group has fabulous fun and builds lasting and meaningful relationships.

Paul is the best Broker of Record anywhere. He is one of the kindest and most highly regarded men in Real Estate who is extremely knowledgeable and very organized. Paul is an outstanding speaker, and he is patient, fair and supportive. Before getting into real estate Paul was a Lead Singer in a Rock Band. He grew up in Hamilton and Etobicoke and is a big fan of Musical Theatre Performance. He loves to act, sing and even dance, though he says he struggles with the dancing part! Paul would describe himself as predictable. He has been with the same woman for 52 years, worked in the same industry for 46 years, with the same company for 38 years, lived in the same house for 36 years, and held the same job for 32 years! He is motivated to work hard knowing that people depend on him.

A past President of the Mississauga Real Estate Board, Paul’s best piece of advice for agents is to always do what is best for your clients and they will be loyal to you for life.
