Leader in real estate education reinvents its learning platform, helps affiliates grow expertise

The enhanced RE/MAX University empowers RE/MAX agents and brokers to take their business to the next level.

More than 140,000 RE/MAX affiliates now have access to a reinvented RE/MAX University, the learning platform exclusive to the real estate brand’s network. The enhanced platform, introduced worldwide to the company’s affiliates in more than 110 countries and territories, provides streamlined access, focused content, a new mobile app, and guidance to help the brand’s agents and brokers level-up their skills.

RE/MAX, a longtime leader in agent education, says the reinvention is designed to help agents grow their professional expertise and build their businesses. The company founded the RE/MAX Satellite Network, the first resource of its kind, in 1994 and transformed it into RE/MAX University (RU) in 2007.

“The all-new RU provides RE/MAX affiliates of all experience levels access to easy-to-find courses, streamlined technical training and brokerage-provided resources,” says Casey Denby, RE/MAX Vice President of RE/MAX University Learning and Education. “We’ve found that agents who engage with RU – those who take at least one course during their first year with RE/MAX – on average close 29% to 38% more transactions.”

Christopher Alexander, President of RE/MAX Canada, affirms that RE/MAX is intent on delivering the best in everything real estate and will continue to deliver the best in real estate education well into the future.

Features of the reinvented RE/MAX University include a virtual coach, progress charts, courses organized by skill level and goals, and the ability to start a course on one device and finish it on another.

RU users will find thousands of educational videos, downloadable resources, webinars, in-person learning opportunities and more within the updated RU. And with intuitive search (meaning agents can now more easily find what they’re looking for!), improved organization of sequences for beginner, intermediate and expert learners, course recommendations and mobile access, the reinvented RU delivers something for everyone. Broker/Owners can even upload their own content and share it with their agents.

“[This reinvented RU] is going to make a real difference to our affiliates and the consumers they work with,” Alexander says.
