Meet Sam Sandhu

With 18 years of experience with RE/MAX, it’s no wonder Sam has won some stellar awards. He reached the 200% Club award level during his first year as an agent. He further went to achieve the Titan, Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement awards. Sam manages the Caledon office and has been a major factor in the success of this location. He grew the Caledon office from 6 to 75+ agents as a co-owner of the branch.

As a core member of the leadership team, Sam is extremely knowledgeable and is experienced with real estate development including permits, building etc. What Sam loves most about real estate is meeting new people. And, what he loves most about RE/MAX Realty Specialists is the culture. Did you know Specialists has amazing company events? Sam’s favourite events are the awards nights as they are very inspirational and motivational. Sam is experienced in TRREB arbitration, RECO complaints and litigation, with favourable results and will guide our agents through the process. He shares his expertise in setting up a business plan built for success in the exclusive Super Succeed program.

Sam grew up in the GTA (Toronto Malton, Brampton). In his spare time, Sam loves working on old cars and playing FIFA Xbox with his son.

Sam loves new challenges and is motivated to work hard for his family. His best piece of advice for agents is to be consistent. Unfortunately, people outside the industry don’t realize the long hours required to be successful.
