Meet Sylvia Perdue

Sylvia has been in the real estate business for over 49 years and is currently on the leadership team for RE/MAX Realty Specialists. During her successful career, Sylvia has won numerous high-profile awards:

Sylvia has a wealth of knowledge, arguably more than anyone else when it comes to real estate. In her selling years, she averaged 50 deals per year. It’s hard to think of a situation that Sylvia wouldn’t know how to handle with the utmost confidence. Sylvia is an excellent teacher and mentor who is always available. She is experienced in TRREB arbitration, RECO complaints and litigation, with favourable results and will guide our agents through the process

What Sylvia loves most about real estate is that every day is different plus she loves helping people! She helps her agents by being a Speaker at Super Succeed, through one-on-one coaching and holding them accountable. What Sylvia loves most about RE/MAX Realty Specialists is the entire team and the amazing company events. The Christmas Party is Sylvia’s favourite because everyone lets their hair down, eats, drinks, dances, and has a great time!

Sylvia grew up in Mississauga and moved into the real estate business straight from school. She loves her agents and her job. Her ultimate vacation: a cruise through the Hawaiian Islands and then a week on Black Rock Beach in Maui.

Sylvia’s best piece of advice for agents is to put in an honest day’s work, talking to people about buying and selling real estate. Unfortunately, people outside the industry don’t realize how very hard we work.
